What is the cat boarding rate?
Cat boarding is $20 per day. Public holidays have a $16 surcharge and high season (Dec 20 - Jan 15, Easter weekend) has a $9/day surcharge.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 7am-6pm. Weekends and public holidays 7:30am-6pm. We are closed Christmas Day only.
When can I visit to inspect the facility?
Visits and inspections are available daily from 8am-11am and 3pm-5pm.
What vaccinations are required?
Pets must have current vaccination certificates and be flea and worm-free.
What food do you provide?
We provide Royal Canin and Butch brand foods. You may bring your cat's regular food if preferred.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, medication administration is available at no extra charge.
Do the owners live on-site?
Yes, Graeme and Ruth live on the premises, providing 24/7 oversight of all boarding pets.

If we have concerns about your pet's health, we will engage our veterinarian at your cost. Veterinary visits start at $92 minimum plus vet fees.
