Hotel Kitty is truly the best cattery around. My cats are quite reserved and timid, but they came home happy, relaxed, and healthy. Brenda's facilities are spotless.
I feel at ease that we can go away and have a place for the kitties to stay safe. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. No sign of stress, both kitties were relaxed.
Phenomenal, it's the Ritz Carlton as far as a cat hotel goes. It's a fantastic facility.

How much does cat boarding cost?
$30 per night per guest. Full payment required at booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or internet banking. No EFTPOS or credit cards.
What are your check-in hours?
Monday-Friday 8-10am and 4-6pm. Saturday 8-10am only. Sunday 4-6pm only.
What vaccinations are required?
Current vaccination for feline infectious enteritis, rhinotracheitis, and calicivirus. Must be administered not less than 7 days and not more than 12 months before check-in.
Do cats need to be desexed?
Yes, Hotel Kitty does not board un-neutered guests.
What flea treatment is required?
Cats must be treated within 2 weeks before arrival with approved products: Broadline, Advantage, Frontline, or Revolution. Unapproved flea collars are prohibited.
Do you offer after-hours check-in?
Yes, by appointment for $60 or unscheduled for $90.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes, $60 within 30km or $70 within 50km.
What is the cancellation policy?

Four suite types: Kowhai, Manuka, Totara, and Poppy. All guests have individual sleeping pods with beds, litter trays, and food bowls.
