We recently had our little girl Millie stay with Riverside Cattery and we are beyond satisfied with her care. They took the time and effort to know our girl and make her feel safe.
I had my 4 very shy cats stay here. Carrie and Andrew were super, managing medications for my anxious boy. Rooms are great with options for cats like mine where they have space to low profile it.
I think our cat enjoyed her stay here more than we did our holiday.

What are your opening hours?
Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm and 3pm-6pm. Saturday-Sunday and Public Holidays 8:30am-10:30am and 4pm-6pm. Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
What vaccinations are required?
Cats must be vaccinated within the last 12 months against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, and calicivirus. Updates must be at least 10 days before arrival.
What if my cat isn't vaccinated?
Unvaccinated cats may stay in The Cabin, our separate isolation building. Not available during Christmas/Easter periods.
Do male cats need to be desexed?
Yes, all male cats 8 months or older must be neutered.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, staff can administer medications including insulin injections. Medications must arrive in original packaging with your cat's name clearly labeled.
What food do you provide?
Royal Canin dry food with wet food options. Grain-free alternatives available on request. Prescription diets must be supplied by owners. No discount for providing your own food.
Do cats have their own rooms?
Yes, cats remain in individual accommodations. There are no communal areas to prevent disease spread and territorial conflicts.
Do staff live on-site?
Yes, staff live on-site and conduct regular after-hours checks.
