The cattery is great too, heated blankets and a lovely outlook for the cats. Would highly recommend and is a great asset to the east side of Christchurch.
Beautiful and tranquil; there is gentle music playing throughout, and the lovely garden view is extremely relaxing for your cats. Each cat pen has a chair with a cosy blanket and a separate sleeping area.
Davina and her team were amazing. They're so kind and caring. Our pets come home happy and well looked after. Highly recommended.

What are your cat boarding rates?
One cat: $20/day, two cats together: $30/day, three cats together: $40/day. Public holidays have an additional $7 per pet surcharge.
What vaccinations are required?
Current vaccination records are required (F3 or equivalent). Kittens may board 10 days after their final vaccinations.
Do you accept undesexed cats?
Yes, undesexed cats are accepted. However, cats that come into heat must be collected within 24 hours. Males are separated from undesexed females.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food for special diets or allergies and receive a discount. Please inform staff of any dietary requirements.
What food do you provide?
We provide Royal Canin and Purina dry food, with wet food also available. We have refrigerator and freezer storage for guest food.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we can administer medication for a small fee. Please bring medication with clear instructions.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Mon-Fri: 6:30am-12pm and 1pm-6pm. Sat-Sun: 7am-12pm and 1pm-6pm. Charges apply from 7am on arrival day. Pick-up before 12pm is free; after 12pm counts as a full day.

Yes, during the peak period (December 20 - January 10) there is a 7-day minimum stay requirement.
Do you provide updates during my cat's stay?
Yes, we provide photo and video updates via email, Facebook, and Instagram during your cat's stay.
Do cats share accommodation?
No, we have a no communal boarding policy. Each cat has separate accommodation unless cats from the same family are booked to share.
Is there parking available?
Yes, convenient parking is situated at the back of the building with access via Francella Street.
Do you offer grooming services?
We offer basic grooming maintenance and have a partnership with Pawfection grooming where you receive a $10 discount.
