All cats have a health check by a nurse on admission. We check cats once in the morning and once in the afternoon each day, record eating, drinking, urinating and defecating daily, and weigh cats every 3 days.
What vaccinations are required?
All cats must be up to date with their vaccinations and in good general health. We verify microchip details and perform a flea check on arrival.
What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?
Drop-off and pick-up appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 2:15pm. We are closed on weekends for drop-off and pick-up.
What accommodation options do you offer?
We offer Luxury Rooms (mini living rooms with reception window), Luxury Suites (mid-size with window), Senior Condos (single-level for cats with mobility issues), standard Condos (two-level), Double Condos (more space for 1-2 cats), and Singles.

Yes, every day each cat can spend time in a playroom on rotation, ensuring everyone has equal play time. The playroom features cat towers, a climbing wall, and bird-watching opportunities. Cats are let out individually and will not mix with other cats unless housed together.

Every cat enjoys nutritious food provided by us. We can also accommodate prescription diets or you may bring your own food.
