FAQs
What vaccinations are required for cats?
All cats must be fully vaccinated against Calicivirus, Feline infectious enteritis (Panleukopenia), and Rhinotracheitis (Herpes). Vaccinations must be current and given at least 10 days before arrival.
Do you accept entire male cats?
No, entire (unneutered) male cats are not accepted at our facility.
What flea and worm treatment is required?
Deworming and flea treatment must be current within 3 months prior to arrival. We recommend Frontline or Advantage products.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 8am-10:30am and 3:30pm-6pm. Saturday: 9am-12pm. Sunday: 8am-10:30am and 3:30pm-6pm.
Is there an after-hours fee?
Yes, all boarding pick-ups and drop-offs outside regular hours will incur an after-hours fee of $40.
What public holidays are you closed?
We are closed for drop-offs and pickups on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and ANZAC Day until 3:30pm.
