What are the check-in and check-out times?
Cat Royale has no set times - you are welcome to drop off and pick up your cat whenever suits you.
Should I bring my cat's food?
Yes, Cat Royale prefers you supply your cat's food as eating familiar food helps them settle faster and reduces upset stomachs. If you prefer them to supply food, there is a $2/meal charge per cat.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your cat's vaccination record book and their own food. You're welcome to bring anything from home to help your cat feel secure. All bedding, bowls, toys and litter are supplied.
Do you have special accommodation for senior cats?
Yes, some rooms are set up especially for senior cats.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are charged per calendar day, including check-in and departure days. If collected by 9am on departure day, that day is not charged.
