What are your boarding rates?
Single cat is $26/day. Two cats are $46/day total. Multi-pet and long-stay discounts are available.
What are your opening hours?
Monday-Friday 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm. Saturday 8am-10am only. Sunday 4pm-6pm only.
What vaccinations are required?
Current F3 vaccination is required. Proof of immunisation must be provided at check-in.
Is there a checkout charge?
No charge if you collect before 10am. Full day fee applies if collected after 10am.
Do you have out-of-hours service?
Yes, out-of-hours pickup and dropoff is available for $35 by arrangement.
What food do you provide?
We exclusively use quality Royal Canin pet nutrition. You may also bring your cat's regular food if preferred.
Are veterinarians available?
Yes, veterinarians are always on-call during stays. Vet visits are $40 per trip.
Is there a public holiday surcharge?
Yes, there is a $10 per cat surcharge on public holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
