The lady who runs this place is amazing. She is so helpful and kind, and has such a love of cats. The Cattery is spotless and the cats are so well taken care of. Older cats are particularly catered to.
I received photos every Sunday, and my baby Cleo always looked happy. The day I picked her up, she was brushed, and her fur was so soft and lovely.
Our kitten was well looked after by Kim and Don. We had 100% peace of mind. They are looked after like as if they are their own.

Can we view the cattery before booking?
Absolutely, we highly recommend this. Please call us to arrange an appointment.
What should we bring?
Vaccination certificates are required. We suggest bringing your cat's favourite blanket or throw which will have their scent to help them relax.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off service?
Yes, we have a taxi service available Monday to Friday 8:30am-10am (excluding public holidays). Unavailable December 23 to January 5.
Can cats from the same household share a unit?
Yes! Cats from the same family are accommodated together unless otherwise specified. Only cats from the same household may share.
Is long-term boarding available?
Yes, stays over 28 days qualify for a 10% discount (excluding December 20 - January 15). Monthly settlement is required for extended stays.
How is veterinary care handled?
We collect your vet details at first booking. In the event of illness, we will use either your vet or our vet with prior notification. All costs are the owner's responsibility.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, we are happy to administer daily medication if properly packaged with clear instructions. Tablet and topical medications are free; injectable medications are $3 per injection.
Do you provide grooming?
Basic maintenance grooming is included in the stay. Professional grooming must be arranged separately.
How do you handle anxious cats?
Most cats adjust quickly. We provide purpose-built hiding boxes for shy cats and minimize disturbances to help them settle.
What about picky eaters?
No problem at all. Cats receive twice-daily meals. You may provide your cat's preferred food for the duration of their stay.
