Cancellation
Cancellations within 7 days of booking start date incur 50% of total booking fee. Early collection or late drop-off does not qualify for refunds. Peak season (Dec 10 - Jan 20): 7-day minimum with non-refundable deposit.
Requirements
Annual vaccination (7+ days before arrival) with certificate. Cats over 8 months must be desexed. Current flea/worm treatment required.

Catz at Ashwood are fantastic, They taken great care of both of my cats and go out of there way to help. One of my cats had to stay 3 months while i was in between houses and they treated him like their own. Great care. 5 stars guys, Highly recommend.
We boarded our cat with Catz at Ashwood for 3 months while we were between houses. The experience was fantastic. Our cat got ill and Carissa called and let us know straight away. Her quick actions saved him from a bad outcome. Love the photos posted in Insta and will be using them again.
Left my perrrr friend here; Gone away for almost 2 months was sad at first to leave my shy & anxious furry friend. On his return he's is settling in just fine now. The price offered to keep my feline fur baby was great. Plus the updates on how he's doing there while I was away for such time was superb.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 12pm-2pm and 7pm-8pm. Weekends and public holidays 5:30pm-6:30pm. Closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.
Do you have same-day availability?
Yes, space is typically available except during Christmas and Easter peak periods. Bring vaccination documentation.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes, prospective clients may tour the facility during open hours without appointments.
What vaccinations are required?
Cats must be vaccinated against Feline Calicivirus, Feline Rhinotracheitis (Snuffles), and Feline Enteritis. Vaccines must be current within the last 12 months and given at least 7 days before arrival.
Do you accept unvaccinated cats?
Yes, outside Christmas periods, unvaccinated cats are housed separately in an Isolation Suite with a small surcharge ($25/night vs $20/night).
Can you administer medication?
Yes, staff administer tablets, lotions, drops, and injections (including insulin) at no extra charge with clear instructions provided.
What food do you provide?
Royal Canin Fit 32 dry food is provided twice daily. Special diets are accommodated at no additional cost - owners provide food and feeding instructions. Refrigeration is available.
Are cats kept in cages?
Not at all. The cattery offers semi-communal living with private sleeping/feeding rooms and access to spacious play areas with climbing posts, tunnels, shelves, and toys.
Can family visit during the stay?
Yes, during operating hours. Visiting can help longer-staying cats feel more secure.
Do you provide updates?
Updates are available upon request. Peak periods may limit frequency, but advance notice allows arrangements. Instagram regularly features guest photos.
