FAQs

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 9am-11am and 4pm-6pm. Sunday 4pm-6pm only. We are closed for drop-offs and pickups on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Good Friday.

What are your boarding rates?

Single cat $18/day, two cats $16 each/day, three or more cats $15 each/day. Arrival and departure dates both count toward total charges.

What vaccinations are required?

All cats must be fully vaccinated at least 10 days prior to arrival. You must present your vaccination certificate or vet booklet at check-in.

What about flea and worm treatment?

Cats must be treated for fleas and worms before arrival. If parasites are detected during the stay, treatment will be administered at the owner's expense.

What food do you provide?

Breakfast is Royal Canin dry biscuits, dry food is available all day, and evening meal is Chef or Whiskas wet food. You're welcome to bring your cat's preferred food.

Can you administer medication?

Yes, we administer prescribed medications as needed. There is a $5/day medication administration fee.

Do you offer long-stay discounts?

Yes, a long-stay discount is available for bookings exceeding four weeks. A deposit may be requested for extended stays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and EFTPOS only. Credit cards are not available. Full payment is required at pickup.

Can I visit before booking?

Yes, you're welcome to call in during opening hours to familiarise yourself with our facilities. Your cat can even have a visit before their stay.

What happens in a veterinary emergency?

We will attempt to use your preferred veterinarian but reserve the right to use West Melton Vets for emergencies. Owners are responsible for all transportation and veterinary costs.
