What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday 8am-10am and 3pm-5pm. Sundays and Public Holidays 3pm-5pm only. We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Easter Sunday.
How much does cat boarding cost?
Cat boarding is $15 per day. A 5% discount applies for stays of 22 days or more. Medication administration is an additional $2 per day.
What vaccinations are required for cats?
Annual feline vaccinations covering calicivirus, rhinotracheitis (Feline Herpes Virus), and panleukopenia. Vaccinations must be current within 12 months. If overdue, must be administered at least 7 days before arrival.
What about flea and worm treatment?
Pets must be treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding. If parasites are discovered during the stay, we will treat them and charge for the cost.
What accommodation do you offer for cats?
Our cattery offers communal or individual living, or a mixture of both. We have three separate rooms for safe introductions. Features include indoor/outdoor access, toys, cat trees, hiding spaces, and constant water flow. Sanitized twice daily.
Do you provide food?
Yes, we provide two nutritious daily meals. Special diets are welcome if you supply the food clearly labeled with your pet's name and feeding instructions.
How does check-out charging work?
Check-in day is charged as a full day regardless of arrival time. Collection before 10am is charged at half rate. Collection after 10am is charged at full rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, cash, and online bank transfer. Payment is required in full before we will release your pet.
Do owners live onsite?
Yes, Aimee and Vinny reside onsite and offer 24/7 care for all pets.
