Our cat Bones and tiny wee dog Milo have been going to Critter Creek for many years, both for business travel and when on vacation. Both animals absolutely love their visit, the excitement visible when we arrive. Paula and her Team are amazing.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 7:30am-11am and 3pm-6pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am-4pm. We are open 7 days a week.
What accommodation options do you have for cats?
We offer a communal Motel Cattery ($28/day) with indoor/outdoor flow, toys, scratching posts and climbing beams. We also have private Hotel Suites ($45/day) with scratching posts, toys, tunnels, cosy hiding spots and a window perch. Hotel Suite cats receive two daily 'cat walks' with cuddling and interactive playtime.
What vaccinations are required for cats?
Current vaccination for Calicivirus and Herpesvirus (valid for 3 years) with either Felocell 3 or Nobivac Tricat Trio. Proof must be provided at check-in.
What food do you provide?
We feed Royal Canin Fit dry biscuits and Royal Canin Instinctive wet food. You're welcome to bring your own food, clearly labelled with your pet's name and serving sizes.
Can I bring bedding for my cat?
We usually do not take belongings for cats in our communal cattery as we cannot guarantee other cats won't cuddle up on your pet's blanket. Hotel Suite guests may bring items.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, we accommodate medications with a $2 surcharge per dose. Please clearly label with pet name, medication name, dosage, and frequency.
What deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled with at least 7 days notice, except for public holiday and Christmas/New Year bookings which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How does departure charging work?
Full day is charged on arrival regardless of time. If departing before 11am there's no charge; departing after 11am is a full day charge.
What are your Christmas/New Year requirements?
Minimum 10-day booking required for the period December 15 - January 15. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
