The dogs get very excited as soon as we cross the bridge and they recognise where they are going. Lovely spot, great care that gives the dogs wonderful vacation. Been using them for over 5 years.
Best Kennel in the area. Wilfred and Krista were lovely and looked after our dogs really well. Elvis and Priscilla didn't want to come home.

Can I view the facilities before booking?
Yes, you're welcome to view the kennels and cattery during opening hours or by appointment. Pets may accompany you.
What vaccinations are required for cats?
Cats require Felocell3 (Herpesvirus-1, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) every 3 years, updated at least 2 weeks before arrival.
What do I need to bring?
Vaccination records and medications are required. You may also bring special diets, favourite blankets, toys, and other comfort items.
Do you offer long-stay discounts?
Discounts may be negotiated for stays of 30+ days, excluding school and public holiday periods.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, Krista is a qualified Vet Nurse and can manage special diets, medications, injections, and extra care needs.
What are the opening hours?
8:00am-10:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm daily. Closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Out-of-hours appointments available for $40.
How is check-out charged?
Check-in day is charged as a full day. If you collect by 10am on check-out day, it's half price. After 10am is full day rate.
Do I need a deposit?
Only for long-term bookings and stays between December 20 and February 7. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 working days.
