Are cats housed together?
No, cats aren't normally social so we don't house them together. Each cat has individual accommodation with access to a dedicated cat lounge area if they wish to use it.
What food do you provide?
We supply premium Black Hawk brand cat food featuring natural ingredients and digestive support. You may bring your own food in hard plastic containers - we have refrigerator and freezer storage available.
Do you provide grooming?
Yes, staff enjoy grooming cats (if the cat enjoys it) and providing cuddles and pats. Smaller cats receive extended cuddle time.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes, prospective clients may visit during specific hours (8am-9:30am or 4pm-5:30pm). Visits are restricted during school holidays and public holiday weekends. Please don't bring your own pets to tours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept paywave EFTPOS (including credit card). Invoice and internet banking are available by prior arrangement.
