FAQs
What are your drop-off and pick-up times?
Drop off and pick up times are strictly between 8-9am and 4-5pm, 7 days a week. Out-of-hours services are available at additional cost.
What vaccinations are required?
All cats need annual vaccination for cat flu and feline enteritis. Boosters must be given at least 14 days prior to entering the cattery to allow shedding of live virus to pass.
What should I bring?
Vaccination records copy, secure cat carrier, proof of flea/worm treatment (within 14 days), prescription medication in labeled airtight containers if needed, your own food if preferred, optional bedding (labeled, easy to wash), and your contact details.
What food do you provide?
We provide Royal Canin and wet food. You're welcome to bring your own food if preferred.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes, pickup/delivery service starts at $30 one way.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your booked boarding date will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $48. Peak season cancellations or early collection may result in charges for the full booked period.
What about peak season bookings?
Peak season bookings (Easter, Christmas, New Year, public holidays) require a non-refundable 50% deposit at booking and a minimum 5-day stay. Private rooms are not available during peak season.
Can I visit before booking?
Pre-visits are available by arrangement, but not during peak holiday periods.
Do male cats need to be desexed?
Yes, male cats over 6 months must be desexed.
