Our cats settled in quickly, exploring the beautiful, spacious environment that overlooks the outdoor area. The regular updates were a fantastic touch, allowing us to enjoy our holiday with complete peace of mind.
Mikio loved his visit so much that I don't think he wanted to come home! Serene is the best! Such a caring lady, looking after Mikio like he was her own.
The level of care, love and attention he received from 'aunty' (Serene the host) through daily cuddles and chats, it made being away less stressful for us. This Cat Hotel by far exceeds a 5-star rating.
