Our poor Maggie was very stressed going to her first home away from home. Rachel was very accommodating to Maggie's needs and even with a full cattery Rachel still managed to give her cuddles and send us updates.
We took our lovely Toothless to Rachel for the first time while we went on holiday. We were immediately put at ease. Rachel's genuine care for the cats was unmatched!
