I am super fussy on where our fur baby stays. We chose Milo's while we were away & couldn't have been happier. They get their own space with space to explore outside of their room during the day, and lots of love. The photo updates regularly were great and put our mind at ease!
I highly recommend the team at Milo's Cat Hotel! They truly really went above and beyond in their care and attention! From the regular email and photo updates, I could see that it was absolutely his favourite! It's the first time I've gone away and actually haven't felt guilty.
So impressed with the level of care and the quality of the facilities for my floofs. I was initially so anxious to leave one of my two cats as he's very timid, but not only has he gotten a bit more confident, my other cat seemed to want to stay longer! They send regular personalised updates with photos.
I cannot share how much I have enjoyed the care, support, and professionalism from Emilia and Angie. This has been such a positive experience using this Cat Hotel. I am so glad I have found this cat hotel and will be using them again for my next trip.
FAQs
Can you administer medication to my cat?
We can administer medication mixed with food and apply topical ointments as directed. However, we do not administer injections or give oral medications directly (no pill-popping). While we make every effort to encourage cats to eat medicated food, we cannot guarantee they will do so.
What happens if my cat has fleas on arrival?
All cats must be up to date with flea and worm treatment done at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If we find any signs of fleas, we will administer flea treatment at a cost of $25 which will be passed onto owners.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, stays over 14 days receive a 15% discount on the nightly rate.
Can I bring my cat's own food and belongings?
Yes, owners are welcome to bring their own wet or raw food, toys and blankets if they wish. All cat care necessities are included in the price.
How will I know how my cat is doing?
We send regular photo updates throughout your cat's stay so you can see how they're settling in and enjoying their time with us.
