Cancellation
20% deposit for 21+ days and peak season. Non-refundable for summer bookings and cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Balance due before or within 7 days of pick-up.

The little bedrooms for each cat are beautifully set up... Rachel will look after him/her like her own. Above and beyond!!!

What's included in each room?
Each studio has glass doors and windows for natural light, insulation, heating, double glazing, screen doors for summer fresh air, individual lounge chairs, multi-height climbing shelves, and antique/vintage furnishings.
Can cats from the same household share?
Yes, compatible cats from the same household can be accommodated together. Two cats sharing is $48/day.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, oral medication is administered at no extra charge. We can also accommodate cats requiring insulin injections.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes, familiarisation visits are available by appointment. They're free for confirmed long-stay bookings (21+ days).
Is food included?
Yes, food is included in the boarding rate. You're welcome to bring your cat's usual food if preferred, or prescription food if required.
