What are your prices?

Off-peak: $21/day single cat, $19/cat for multiple cats from same household. Peak season (Dec 20 - Jan 20, Easter): $23/cat/day. Public holiday surcharge of $6 per public holiday.

What vaccination does my cat need?

Triple vaccine against Panleucopaenia, Calicivirus, and Rhinotracheitis (Herpes) administered at least 5 days before boarding. Felocell 3 satisfies all requirements.

Can you give my cat medication?

Yes, daily medication administration including diabetic injections is provided free of charge.

What should I bring for my cat?

Please bring your cat in a secure carrier, vaccination certificate, and any familiar items from home like blankets or clothing. If your cat needs special food or has a fussy palate, please bring their preferred food.

Do you cater for anxious cats?

Yes, we have quiet units for nervous and elderly cats, and hiding boxes to help anxious cats feel secure. Fiona has over 20 years' experience with rescue cats and anxious animals.

What are your opening hours?

Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri: 8:30am-11am & 4:30pm-6pm. Saturday: 8:30am-11am. Sunday: 4:30pm-6pm. We are closed on Wednesdays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
