- Vaccinations: Certificate required, given 14+ days before (calicivirus, enteritis, rhinotracheitis)
- Flea Treatment: Within 7 days (Advantage, Advocate, Evance, Revolution - NOT Frontline/Broadline)
- Worming: Within 7 days with vet-approved allwormer
- Carrier: Cats must arrive in carrier lined with newspaper

What are the opening hours?
Monday-Friday 7:30-10am and 4-6pm. Saturday 7:30-10am only. Sunday 4-6pm only. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and 2 January.
What vaccinations are required?
Cats must have current vaccination certificates for feline calicivirus, enteritis, and rhinotracheitis. Vaccinations must be given more than 14 days before boarding.
What flea treatment should I use?
Flea treatment must be within 7 days before boarding. Use Advantage, Advocate, Evance, or Revolution. Do NOT use Frontline or Broadline.
Can you accommodate multiple cats?
Yes, we have 4 family units with floor-to-ceiling windows, high shelf seating, snooze chair, and individual scratch pole per unit.
What food do you provide?
Premium Nutro/Acres dry food with rotating wet food brands (Whiskas, Fancy Feast, Chef, Smittens, Fussy Cat). Special diets accommodated - bring in labelled portions.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, 10% discount for stays longer than 21 days, and 10% discount for multiple pets.
Can I visit my cat during their stay?
Visits are discouraged as pets become confused when you leave again. This is for their comfort and wellbeing.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, medications can be administered for a small extra cost. Bring medications labelled with pet name and dosage.
