We provide blankets, comforters, fleece bedding, cushioned beds, and thick mats for seniors. You're welcome to bring items with your scent like a t-shirt or towel.
Can I bring my cat's toys?
Yes, you may bring one or two toys. Please note we aren't responsible for lost items brought from home.
What food do you provide?
We stock dry foods including Hill's Science Diet, Royal Canin, Whiskas, and Purina. Wet food options include Pet Essentials, Jimbo range, and tinned varieties.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, please feel free to bring your cat's own food. Label containers clearly and provide feeding instructions. No discount applies for BYO food.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we administer medication at no extra charge, including care for insulin-dependent cats and cats requiring dialysis. Please discuss requirements when booking.
Do you accommodate senior cats?

Book early, especially for holidays. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Christmas bookings, with confirmation required by Labour Weekend.
What happens if my cat becomes unwell?
We will contact you immediately and arrange veterinary care through your preferred vet. If unavailable, we have a local vet available 24 hours. All medical expenses are owner-paid at departure.
Can I get updates during my cat's stay?

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
