$40 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Full payment required at booking for stays over $800.

Awesome cattery, Cheree is very friendly and lets me know how my cat is getting along. Lots of interactive toys to keep the cats happy. Nice and clean and it's a good environment.
Cheree is absolutely amazing! My cat Cleo always comes back home very happy after her multiple stays at the Cattery. Also I had Cleo groomed a few times too.

Can diabetic cats on insulin stay here?
Unfortunately no, as the facility is unattended overnight. We recommend vet-attached catteries for cats requiring insulin injections.
Do you provide food or should I bring my own?
We provide quality food from premium brands. You can bring your own food for a $2/day discount. We accommodate dietary preferences.
Can cats go outside?
No, we are a fully enclosed indoor warehouse. The large roller door is open during daylight hours with cat netting for fresh air and natural light.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Yes, pick-up and drop-off is available for $10 within Te Puke, Mount Maunganui, and Papamoa areas.
What if I pick up my cat early?
Remaining prepaid days convert to credit for your next visit.
Will I receive updates on my cat?
Yes, we send photos via email or social media showing your cat's activities during their stay.
What happens in a medical emergency?
We are authorised to seek emergency veterinary treatment up to $1,000 at Coastal Vets Papamoa. All vet fees are the owner's responsibility.
Can I tour the facility?
Yes, during pickup/drop-off times by calling ahead first.
