What are the fees?
One cat costs $20 per day ($22 from 01/04/26) with a $30 minimum charge per stay. Stays over 20 days receive a 10% discount.
What vaccinations are required?
Only fully vaccinated cats with current annual certificates are admitted. Kittens must complete their initial vaccine series with 3-week intervals and be admitted 14 days post-final vaccination.
What should I bring?
The cattery provides beds, litter boxes, and bowls. You must bring your cat's food and treats. Additional bedding or toys are optional.
What about flea and worm treatments?
Cats should arrive current on treatments. If fleas or worms are found during their stay, treatment will be given at the owner's expense.
What food do you provide?
You should provide your cat's food to maintain dietary consistency. A $2 daily surcharge applies if the cattery supplies food.
What are the payment options?
Full payment via internet banking is due 48 hours before pickup, or cash on arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Owners pay for the full booked period regardless of early pickup or delayed arrival.
What about Christmas bookings?
Bookings over Christmas must be for a minimum of 10 days. A 20% non-refundable deposit applies if cancelled fewer than 14 days before arrival.
Do you accept cats with medical conditions?
Medical conditions must be declared at arrival. Acceptance depends on cattery discretion - early discussion is recommended.
