What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 4pm-5:30pm. Sundays and Public Holidays 4pm-5:30pm only. We are closed Saturdays.
What vaccinations are required for cats?
Cats must have current Felocell CVRP vaccination covering Calicivirus, Rhinotracheitis, and Panleukopenia. Certificate must be sighted. Boosters must be completed at least 10 days before arrival. No exceptions.
Do you charge for medication administration?
No, our trained staff administer medication at no extra charge. Please bring medications in a clearly named bottle with the correct dosage.
How is check-out charged?
Drop-off day is charged in full regardless of arrival time. Pick-up before 10am incurs no charge for that day. Pick-up after 10am is charged as a full day.
What food do you provide?
We provide premium dry food and wet food twice daily. You may bring your cat's own food at no additional cost if they have dietary restrictions or are selective eaters.
Do you accept new clients?
We are currently enrolling a very small number of new pets as our facilities are oversubscribed. New clients must arrange an appointment to meet us before their first stay.
What's the cancellation policy?
4+ weeks notice: free cancellation. 2-4 weeks: 50% of boarding fee. Under 14 days: full fee charged. Once checked in, no refunds for early pickup or late drop-off.
Are there deposit requirements?
$50 non-refundable deposit for school holidays, long weekends, and extended stays. Christmas period (20 Dec - 7 Jan) requires minimum 7-day stay plus $100 non-refundable deposit.
